Pattern

September 04, 2014

Additive fabrication offers new possibilities for form creation that are more akin to processes found in nature, than to traditional ways of making.

Your goal is to conceptualise a theme that responds to some mode of “pattern”, and then use this theme to develop a 3D printed form.

I developed this form in response to the above brief and created a flowing form in 3ds max that was then 3D printed.
